The Plan

So here is the plan: 
After researching various different diets (and trying many of them for that matter), I've decide to give the Dukan Diet a whirl.  A seen some excellent results with various friends and colleagues and after reading extensively about it I think I can manage it fairly well.


Start Date: January 1, 2012
Diet: Dukan Diet
Initial Goal Weight: 150 lbs
Start Weight: TBA on Start Date


This is my true weight calculation results from the Dukan Diet website.
Goals:
1. I daily post about my progress including both successes and failures.
2. I will post weekly progress pictures.  I'm hoping to take the pictures on Sunday evenings in order to post at the beginning of each week.
3. Each day will include my new weight, overall loss, what I ate that day, and how I felt.


Mini Goals/Milestones: In order to keep myself motivated I plan to have a treat at every 10lb mile mark.


10 lbs Loss: Hot Stone Massage
20 lbs Loss: Facial
30 lbs Loss: A new pair of shoes
40 lbs Loss: New Jeans
50 lbs Loss: A Weekend Trip
60 lbs Loss: A whole spa day
70 lbs Loss: A NEW WARDROBE!
